Description

The young king of Mysuru is shown seated on the bejewelled throne known as Karnataka ratnasimhasana. He is surrounded by members of his court on his right and ladies from the royal zenana on his left. The scene represents Ayudha puja, the worship of arms, armoury and all objects of utility on the occasion of Dussehra celebrations.
